By the end of the Program you will have:
A nationally accredited Certificate II in Retail Services that, upon successful
completion, will open endless opportunities to you in the Retail Services Industry
nationwide;
Increased self-esteem and confidence to take advantage of the employment
opportunities that will become available to you; and
Job ready skills that will allow you to “hit the ground running” once employed in
the Retail Service Industry.
To maximise your potential for success in the program we will:
· Help you prepare a professional resume focused on the Retail Service Industry;
· Assist you to find and apply for relevant employment opportunities;
· Help you refine interview techniques to use in job interviews;
· Support and provide you with mentoring during the program and the initial stages of employment.
