What is GETS?
Gandangara Employment and Training Services (GETS).

What  we do?
GETS is service provider to Indigenous participants.

We assist Indigenous Participants in;

• Identifying individual areas of interest
• Evaluating existing individual skills/ required job specific skills for the area of interest.
• Identifying employment opportunities.
• Providing training and support in:
  
  
  • The production of Applications and Résumés.
  • Interview preparation and presentation skills.

• Assisting you in identifying, enrolling in and completing any courses or skills training required, pre employment.
• Reviewing performance in Job Applications – and assisting in increasing your chances of success in future applications.
• Post placement mentoring and coaching – providing ongoing support to you. This assists you in successfully;

            Settling into your new employment
            Completing your initial employment probation period.
            Ensuring ongoing employment.  

Who we assist?
We provide assistance to the Indigenous community.
We assist people looking for;

• Full Time employment
• Permanent Part Time employment (being employment of  15 hours or more per week on a permanent basis).

How we assist the Indigenous community.
We will assist through;

• Individual coaching
• Conducting group training
